Jantar Mantar New Delhi India
Located within Parliament Avenue, South Connaught Circle, New Delhi, Jantar Mantar is an asynchronous observatory built to aid and enhance the recognized time and field research. It was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 12 months 1724 and is part of a group of five such observatories located at Jaipur, Ujjain, Varanasi and Mathura.
